Who we are
Altytude is a flight-deal discovery service for travellers from India. We surface exceptional international fares and hand you to Google Flights or the airline to book. We never process payments and never book on your behalf.
What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile photo. We use it to identify your account across devices.
- Travel preferences — home airport, preferred cabin, budget and dream destinations you choose to share, used only to personalise your feed.
- Saved deals — the deals you bookmark, including the fare at the time you saved them (so we can show you price changes).
- Usage analytics — anonymous product events (e.g. “deal viewed”, “deal saved”) and crash reports, used to improve the product. These are stored on our own infrastructure and automatically deleted after 90 days.
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect payment details, government IDs, precise location, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon) and processed on Google Cloud Run and Vercel. Fares are sourced from publicly available Google Flights prices.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app under You → Settings → Delete account, or on the web under Profile. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
